Return Policy
We don't accept returns or exchanges on custom engraved items. However, we want you to be satisfied with your order, contact us with any problem.
Characteristic's of wood such as Grain and knots are not considered defects.
If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order as we start to work on orders and designs ASAP .
Shipping
​Allow 4 to 7 days for project Completion.
Allow 7 to 14 days for Delivery.
Shipping costs very do to size of project.
Shipping is included on signs 10" and under.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery.
Free up to 5 miles from Phoenixville, PA.
$2 a mile over 5 miles.
